About

As a transformational coach and qualified counsellor I love to help people get the very best out of life. After transforming myself and consciously creating a life that I love, my passion is to help others reach their full potential and to live from a point of inspiration and joy. I see each person as a unique individual, who, with the right support, knowledge and skills, has the power to become the very best version of themselves and transform their experience of life.

I qualified as a psychodynamic counsellor in 2004, and received BACP accreditation in 2007, before moving into coaching and training in 2009. I have worked at several organisations including The Liverpool Centre for Counselling and Psychotherapy, Women’s Aid and University of Oxford, as well as running my own private practice. After completing further training in Coaching using Transactional Analysis, NLP and the Myers Briggs Type Indicator I now work with clients using an integrative approach, recognising that one style doesn’t fit all. I am currently studying an MSc in Mindfulness & Compassion and build these aspects into my work with clients.

I also share my passion through my books and following publication of ‘ p.s. Ma ’ and ‘Take2’ I have just completed a short e-book ‘Around the World and back – a true path to happiness’ which you can download for free – here. I also enjoy speaking to groups and organisations and some of the talks I offer can be found here. Call me on 07761762467 for availability.

I am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy and follow their code of ethics and good practice.
